Return window

For standard products, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. Tools must be unused. Opened packaging is acceptable, but used tools cannot be returned.

Custom tools

Custom-made tools are non-returnable, except where required by law or where a verified product-quality issue applies.

How to request a return

Email terry@hwaynct.com before sending anything back. Include the order number, product/SKU, reason and clear photos where relevant. We will provide the return instructions and address.

Return shipping

For a verified quality problem or an incorrect item supplied by HWAYNCT, HWAYNCT pays the reasonable return shipping cost. For non-quality returns, the customer pays return shipping.

Refund timing

After the returned goods are received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 3 calendar days to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping, duties and local taxes are not refundable unless required by law or agreed for a verified quality issue.

退货期限

常规产品可在签收后7个自然日内联系我们申请退货。刀具必须未使用；包装已拆开可以申请退货，但已经使用的刀具不接受退货。

定制刀具

定制刀具一律不退，但法律另有要求或经确认存在产品质量问题的情况除外。

申请方式

请先发送邮件至terry@hwaynct.com，并提供订单号、产品/SKU、退货原因及必要的清晰照片。未经联系请勿直接寄回，我们会提供退货地址和说明。

退货运费

经确认属于产品质量问题或HWAYNCT发错货，由HWAYNCT承担合理退货运费；非质量问题退货，由客户承担退货运费。

退款时间

收到并检查退货后，审核通过的退款将在3个自然日内按原付款方式退回。除法律要求或确认的质量问题另有约定外，原始寄出运费、进口关税及当地税费不予退还。
