Product information
We work to keep descriptions, dimensions and images accurate. Minor image/color differences may occur, and obvious errors may be corrected. Customers should confirm critical specifications before ordering.
Orders, prices and shipping
Submitting an order is an order request and does not itself constitute final acceptance. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in USD. At checkout, the shipping amount is a real-time DHL/UPS estimate calculated from the delivery address (goods are dispatched from Shenzhen, China); the order is finalized only after the customer accepts that final charge and the required payment arrangements are confirmed. Products marked for quotation are not sold at a displayed retail price.
Custom work and drawings
The customer confirms that it has the right to provide submitted drawings and technical files. Custom production begins only after the specification and commercial terms are confirmed. Custom tools are non-returnable except as stated in the Returns & Refunds policy or required by law.
Tool selection and use
Cutting results depend on material, machine, holder, runout, parameters, coolant and operating conditions. Customers are responsible for selecting and using tools safely and appropriately. Contact us before ordering when application requirements are uncertain.
Intellectual property and liability
Site content, branding and original materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any dispute should first be raised with us in good faith.

定制服务与图纸
客户确认其有权提供所提交的图纸及技术文件。定制生产仅在规格和商务条款确认后开始。除退货政策所述或法律要求外，定制刀具不接受退货。
刀具选择和使用
加工结果受材料、机床、刀柄、跳动、加工参数、冷却及操作条件等因素影响。客户负责安全并正确选择、使用刀具。如应用要求不确定，请在下单前联系我们。
知识产权与责任
未经许可，不得复制或商业使用网站内容、品牌和原创材料。本条款不排除法律规定不得排除的权利或责任。发生争议时，双方应先诚信沟通解决。
