01 · Requirement review
Drawing, material, tolerance and application are checked before production.
02 · Material & geometry
Solid-carbide grade and tool geometry are selected for the machining task.
03 · Grinding & coating
Precision grinding is followed by TiSiN coating where specified.
04 · Inspection & dispatch
Key dimensions, appearance, packaging and order details are checked before shipment.
Factory photography and named equipment will be added only after approved original materials are available.
What is checked against the order
Geometry
Cutting diameter or radius, shank diameter, flute length, overall length, flute count and specified taper geometry.
Surface and edge condition
Visual review of cutting edges, surface condition and TiSiN coating appearance before packing.
Order identity
SKU, metric or imperial specification, pack quantity and customer-approved drawing revision where applicable.

Provide the drawing, workpiece material, target feature, tolerance, holder or machine constraints, quantity and expected delivery date. We will identify points requiring confirmation before quotation.
